It’s a historic part of the city, and the school building is quite something to look at every morning. Our office is in an older apartment building, so it has a lived-in feel to it. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper. We have a few rooms dedicated to our jewelry work. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, though you can hear the kids at the school during their break times. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a while. Our setup is very basic. We have our workbenches, some storage, and a small area for meetings. We don't believe in spending a lot of money on fancy interiors. It’s more important to us that we have a functional space where we can work without too much distraction. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years. We aren't looking to become some huge corporate chain. We just like making jewelry and taking care of the business from our little corner on Jawahar Road. Sometimes the traffic outside gets backed up, but we just stay inside and focus on the task at hand. It’s a straightforward, local business through and through. We appreciate the slow pace of this specific street.
