Idestiny Technology Lab

Our little setup is called Idestiny Technology Lab. We are located right on University Road, just across from the Nilkanth Dairy. If you know where the Kanya Chhatralay is, we are just ahead of that. It’s a busy spot with lots of students and traffic going by all day. We mostly work on computers and help people with their software issues or hardware that’s stopped working. The lab isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a room with a lot of desks, some old monitors we keep for spares, and wires running everywhere. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we have three or four projects going at once. We aren't a big corporation with people in suits. It’s just a few of us who like fixing things. Most days we are just sitting here with our tea, trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it should. The noise from the road can be a lot sometimes, especially when the dairy is busy in the mornings. We’ve been here for a while now and most people around the university know where to find us. We don't do much advertising. People just walk in because they saw the sign or a friend told them we could help. We don’t have a fancy waiting area, just a couple of plastic chairs. It’s a simple way to work, and we like the neighborhood. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tough.
