Gelma Inustries

We are located at 5, Narayan Nagar, which is right across from Dhebar Colony. It is an interesting spot because you have houses on one side and businesses like Gelma Inustries on the other. It feels more like a neighborhood than a cold industrial park. We know the people who live nearby, and they see us coming and going every day. The building isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space. We have different sections for the different parts of the work, but it all flows into one big room really. There is always a bit of a mess, with scraps and tools lying around, but we know where everything is. My brother often says if the place was too clean, it would mean we weren't doing any work. We do not have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the colony. We handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole day fixing it ourselves instead of calling someone. That is just how we were taught to do things. It is a small operation, and we like the fact that we can see everything that is happening from one spot. It is just our way of keeping things manageable and straightforward for everyone involved in the business.
