Frigate Imex

You can find Frigate Imex on the 2nd Floor of Chokhawala Chambers, which is at 29-A in Danapith. It’s a busy trading area, and the building itself is always humming with people coming and going. Our office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We spend our days dealing with import and export documents, making calls to customs, and tracking where containers are on the ocean. It involves a lot of sitting and staring at logistics software, but that’s the nature of the business. The windows look out over the street, and it’s usually quite loud with the sound of carts and motorcycles below. We’ve got a couple of filing cabinets that are overflowing, and the printer seems to have a mind of its own sometimes. We don't pretend to be some high-flying international firm with glass walls. We are just a group of people who understand how to move goods across borders without too much trouble. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to figure out why. It can be stressful, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not let it get to us too much. We grab some snacks from the vendor downstairs and just keep at it until the work is done for the day.
