Freshko Green

You can find Freshko Green over on Shapar Road, right across from where the Pal Rikshaw stand is. It’s easy to spot if you’re looking for the rikshaws. The area is usually full of movement, with drivers hanging around and people passing through on their way to work. We’ve got a fairly simple spot here. It’s not a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where we handle our daily business. We keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes by, though it gets pretty dusty with the road right there. Most of the time, we’re just busy sorting through things and making sure everything is in order. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it's moving boxes or talking to someone who stopped by. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready environment, but it works for us. We just show up in the morning, do the work, and go home when it's finished. We don't talk much about goals or anything like that. If there's work to do, we do it. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when it’s quiet, watching the traffic on Shapar Road go by. It’s a decent place to spend the day. There’s no pressure to look a certain way, so we just focus on the tasks at hand.
