We are located out in Metoda G.I.D.C., specifically at Plot No. 1359/60 in Lodhika. Being in the industrial zone means there is always a lot of truck traffic and noise around us, which is fine for a rubber business. We’ve been set up here for a long time. The facility is pretty big because we need the space for the raw materials and the processing equipment. It gets quite hot inside when the machines are running full tilt. We don’t have any flashy signs or a big lobby. It’s mostly just the warehouse and the production line. People come and go for deliveries all day long. Lodhika is a busy area for manufacturing so we fit right in with the other shops. We spend most of our time checking the batches and making sure the rubber comes out how it’s supposed to. It’s a messy job sometimes. There’s always that distinct smell of cooked rubber in the air. Some people find it strong, but we don’t even notice it anymore. We keep our head down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out in the G.I.D.C. and everything goes quiet for a bit, but mostly we are humming along. If you’re driving through Metoda, you’ll see our gates. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much on decor because the focus is always on the floor. It keeps us busy from morning till late in the evening.
