If you are looking for us, we are on the first floor of Arpan Complex on Kalawad Road here in Rajkot. Being on such a main road means there is always something going on outside. The traffic can be a lot sometimes, but it makes the location easy to explain to anyone coming over. Essence Exim Rajkot is a small operation. We focus on import and export tasks. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have our computers and files all laid out so we can find things quickly. It gets a bit messy when we have a lot of shipments coming in at once, but we manage. Most of the time, we are just talking to vendors or checking on transport schedules. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It's just a few people who know the business well. We drink a lot of chai during the day to keep going. The complex itself is okay, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. We'd rather just put that effort into making sure the goods get delivered. Dealing with international trade from Rajkot has its ups and downs, but we enjoy the challenge.
