Down in Kotda Sangani, you will find Endoc Pharma. It’s a quiet enough area, which is good for the kind of work we do. We aren't one of those massive pharmaceutical giants with glass buildings and thousands of employees. We are a smaller setup, and that allows us to actually know everyone’s name. The lab and the production areas are kept as clean as we can manage, though there is always something to wipe down. We don't have a big advertising budget or a flashy website. Most of our time is spent just making sure the batches are right. It’s a lot of following steps and checking things twice. Sometimes the paperwork feels like it never ends, but that is just part of being in this line of work. We started out with just a few people and have grown a little bit since then, but the vibe remains the same. We don’t go around making big claims. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be reliable. If you come by, it’s mostly just people in white coats focused on their work. It’s a straightforward operation.
