Eagle Industries

Eagle Industries is located near Kaneria Engg. Works in the Bhaktinagar Industrial Estate. We occupy the spaces at 1/W and 55/1, which are basically workshop areas filled with machinery and tools. It’s a loud place because there’s always something being cut or welded. The floor is concrete and usually has a bit of oil or metal shavings on it, which is just part of the job. We’ve been in this estate for quite a while, and we know most of the other workshop owners around us. It’s a community of makers and fixers. Our office is just a small partitioned corner with a couple of chairs and a desk where we keep the blueprints and the invoices. We don't have a receptionist or anything; you usually just find one of us on the shop floor. The air smells like hot metal and machine grease most days. We focus on getting the parts made and making sure the machines are running right. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we all just take a break until it comes back on. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local workshop that does its work properly. It’s a simple life, focused on the manufacturing tasks we have for the day, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
