Shree Laxmi Engineering Works

Shree Laxmi Engineering Works is based in the Om Building within the Samrat Industrial Area. We are right on the Gokuldham Main Road, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. Our workshop is a practical space, mostly full of heavy metal parts and welding equipment. It isn't a clean or quiet place to work. There’s always the smell of hot metal and the sound of grinding. We’ve been here for quite a while, and the walls have some cracks and stains from years of work. We don't really care about the decor much. As long as the machines are working, we are happy. Most of our work comes from local people who know us. We don't have a website or any fancy brochures. If someone needs something fixed, they just walk in and talk to us. We’re usually in our work clothes, and our hands are rarely clean. In the monsoon, the rain on the tin roof makes it impossible to hear anything, so we just work in silence then. It’s a straightforward way to live. We have our routines, our favorite tea stall nearby, and our regulars who come in just to chat for a few minutes. It’s not a big operation, just a small engineering shop trying to do honest work for the people around here. We take pride in just getting the job finished.
