Century Tread

Century Tread is located at Plot No :- G 2036 on Road 1 E. We are near Road J and right opposite the Street Rajmoti Oil Mill in the Lodhika G.I.D.C., Metoda area, which is out on Kalawad Road. It is a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to people who aren’t from around here, but once you find the oil mill, we are easy to spot. The area is purely industrial, so it’s all about warehouses and production units. Our day starts early before the sun gets too hot, as the work with treads can be physically demanding. We spend most of our time out on the floor, and the office is really just a place to keep the ledgers and the phone. The smell of rubber and machinery is pretty much always in the air here. We have been in Metoda for several years, and we’ve seen the G.I.D.C. grow quite a bit in that time. We aren't much for talking or marketing; we just focus on getting the tread work done. Sometimes the machines give us trouble, or the supply of materials is a bit slow, but we just manage it. The guys who work here are local, and we usually share a meal together during the break. It is an unpretentious place where the main goal is just to finish the day’s work and head home to our families.
