We are set up on the third floor of the Kamdhenu Building, which is right at Moti Tanki Chowk in Rajkot. If you know where Patel Tours and Travels is, we are just above them at 6/A. The chowk is always bustling with people and vehicles, so there is never a quiet moment outside. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise, but not much. Our office is filled with filing cabinets and stacks of medicine boxes waiting to be shipped out. We spend a lot of time double-checking orders and talking to suppliers. It is a small team here, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping with the packing. The building is older, so it has that lived-in feel. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big corporate philosophy. We just come in, check what needs to be delivered to the pharmacies around Rajkot, and get to work. Moti Tanki Chowk is a central point, which makes it handy for our delivery boys to head out in any direction. Sometimes the stairs feel quite long at the end of a busy day. We keep things running by sticking to our routine. There's usually a lot of paperwork on the desks and empty boxes in the corner. It's a real working environment, not a showroom. We just focus on the task at hand.
