Our office is on the second floor of the Madhav Complex, which is on Yagnik Road in Rajkot. We are in suite 212, right across from Janakpuri Hall. Yagnik Road is one of the busiest streets in the city, so it’s always loud with the sound of rickshaws and cars. Being on the second floor helps a little bit with the noise, but you can still feel the energy of the street. Our space is mostly taken up by shelves and desks. We don't have any fancy decorations or a lobby. It’s a working office where we deal with pharmaceutical distribution. Most of the day is spent on the phone talking to retailers or checking the stock that just came in. It can get a bit cramped when a large shipment arrives and we have boxes everywhere. We have a small staff, and everyone knows their job. We don’t do much in the way of promotion. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people. Janakpuri Hall is a good landmark, so people rarely get lost trying to find us. The elevator in Madhav Complex is usually working, but we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. It’s a straightforward business. We keep our records in big ledgers and on the computer. It’s just us doing our part in the supply chain. We’ve been at this Yagnik Road location for some time now.
