Raunaq Impex

Raunaq Impex operates out of Bhaktinagar, and we use P. O. Box No. 621 for most of our mail. We don’t have a big glass storefront or a lobby with a receptionist. Most of our correspondence goes through that post office box, which might seem like an old-school way to do things, but it works perfectly for our needs. We spend a lot of time visiting the post office or handling logistics from our main workspace nearby. Bhaktinagar is a very familiar area to us, and we have been rooted here for a good long while now. The day-to-day work is mostly about managing the flow of goods and keeping track of where everything is in the system. It is not a glamorous life at all, just a lot of logistics and talking to people on the phone for hours. We don’t really go in for fancy slogans or mission statements. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving along. The office itself is full of ledgers and old physical files. We probably should digitize more of our stuff, but the physical copies feel more reliable to us sometimes. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together most days and talk about stuff that has nothing to do with export. It keeps us sane when things get busy. Being in Bhaktinagar means we are part of the local business fabric.
