We are based at 316 Sagar Arcade, right across from the Union Bank of India on Gondal Road. Actionware India Pvt.Ltd. is basically a place where we manage all our household and kitchen product stuff. The office gets quite a lot of light in the afternoons, and you can always hear the traffic from Gondal Road humming in the background. It’s a busy part of the city, which makes it easy for people to find us, even if the stairs in the arcade can be a bit steep sometimes. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. It’s just us handling the inventory, talking to distributors, and making sure the boxes are packed right. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a shipment is late, we just say so. Our space is filled with samples of containers and bottles, so it’s a bit crowded, but it feels like a real workplace. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people can talk to without any corporate jargon getting in the way. Most days are just spent on the phone or checking the warehouse stock. It’s basic, everyday work, and we’re quite alright with that. We just do our part here in the arcade, helping people get the kitchenware they need without making any grand claims.
