Our place, 77Keval Infocom, is located on Sanala Road. If you know where the main bus stand is, we are right near there. Plot F/32 is the spot, sitting right across from Ashapura Tower. It’s a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We deal with infocom services, which means we spend a lot of time looking at screens and cables. There isn't much glitz here. It’s just a regular office with desks, chairs, and a lot of wires running along the walls. The guys here have been working together for a few years. We know the regulars by name now. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a mess, but we still open up on time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us answering phones and trying to sort out whatever tech issues people bring in. Often, we’re just chatting with someone about a slow connection or a router that stopped working. We try to be honest about how long things will take. If we're backed up, we'll tell you straight. It’s better than making promises we can’t keep. Sanala Road is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a dull moment. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We are just a local bunch trying to stay helpful and busy.
