At 23Kp Technologies Llp, we work out of a raw house. It’s number 23 in Karan Park, which is right near Rangila Park. It’s a nice change of pace from being in a high-rise building. We have a bit of a front area and then the main room where we set up all our tech gear. Having Rangila Park nearby is great for when we need to clear our heads after staring at screens for too long. You can just walk over and sit on a bench for ten minutes. The area is mostly houses, so it’s pretty quiet during the day except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We like the raw house setup because it feels more like a home than an office. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee, which saves us some money. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and not be a bother. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps the traffic noise away. We don’t have a receptionist or a big waiting area. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door and one of us lets them in. It’s very informal. We focus on our projects and try to keep things simple. The 23 number on the door is a bit faded now, but we haven't gotten around to repainting it. It’s just a regular place where work happens every day.
