We've been here in Pindwara for quite some time now. Dealing with cement is just what we do every day. Sirohi is a quiet place mostly, and being part of the landscape here in Rajasthan feels right. There’s a lot of dust and heavy lifting involved in this line of work. It’s not fancy. You mostly see trucks coming in and out at odd hours. We just try to keep things moving. Our team is local people who know the area well. Some of them have been with us since they were young. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, which makes the yard a bit tough to work in, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just providing what people need for their buildings. Sometimes the equipment acts up, or the schedules get a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. Most people around here know where we are located. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or decorations. It’s mostly about the product and getting it to where it needs to be. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us just doing the regular chores, checking the bags, and making sure the loaders are ready. It’s a bit noisy, but we are used to it. Rajasthan has a way of keeping you busy with the heat and the wind. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a living.
