Pragna Junior College

You can find Pragna Junior College tucked away in Ramnagar, right in the lane opposite the T.V. Tower here in Karimnagar. It is a landmark most people in the neighborhood know well. Our building isn't the biggest, but it serves the purpose for the students who come here every morning. Most of the kids live within a short distance, though some do come from further out in the city. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we do keep an eye on the clock for classes. Inside, the rooms are simple. We have the usual blackboards and rows of benches. It feels like a real school, not a corporate office. The staff here mostly grew up around Karimnagar, so there is a lot of shared history with the families who send their children to us. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. Most of our new students come to us because their neighbors or cousins had a decent time here. During the rainy season, the lane can get a bit muddy, but we manage. We are just a local college doing what we can to help the next generation get their certificates. There is no magic formula, just daily classes and a lot of practice for the final exams. If you walk past the T.V. Tower, you’ll see our sign. We are usually busy with lectures until the evening, but there is always someone around the office if a parent drops by.
