Sudha Granite & Marbles

We have been running Sudha Granite & Marbles for quite some time now over on V. L. Puram. Our spot is right on R. T. C. Complex Road, just across from the Vinayaka Temple, so most people find us pretty easily. It is a busy area with a lot of noise from the road, but we are used to it by now. We mostly spend our days moving heavy slabs of stone around and showing folks what we have in stock. Granite is heavy stuff, so it keeps us fit, I guess. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the marble and different stones out of the rain. We get all sorts of people coming in, some looking for a small piece for a shelf and others doing their whole house. We try to keep a decent variety because everyone likes something different. Sometimes the yard gets a bit messy with offcuts and dust, but that is just how it goes with stone. We keep our hours regular and usually have someone here to help out. If we are in the back, you might have to shout a bit over the traffic. It’s a basic business, really. We just buy the stone and sell it to whoever needs it for their building projects. My brother usually handles the loading while I talk to the customers. We’ve lived in this part of town for years and like being near the temple. It feels like a good place for us.
