Kalyani Bricks

Kalyani Bricks operates out of Sh.No.302 on the 3rd floor of Shilta Enclave. It might seem a bit odd to have a brick business in an office building in Gandhipuram-2, but that is how we have it set up. We handle the logistics and the orders from here in East Godavari District. Most of the real action happens at the sites, but this is where the planning and the phone calls take place. Being on the third floor means we do a lot of climbing up and down the stairs during the day. It is not a flashy office; it is just a place with a few chairs, a desk, and a lot of ledgers. We spend a lot of time talking to builders and suppliers over the phone. Sometimes people come by the enclave to talk about their projects, and we sit down and figure out the numbers. Gandhipuram is a busy spot, so there is always noise from the street coming up through the windows. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the bricks get to where they are supposed to be on time. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks are on the right route. We have been in Shilta Enclave for a while now, and the neighbors know us as the people who are always talking about brick counts and delivery schedules. It is just our regular daily routine.
