Upshot Construction (Opc) Private Limited

We run things from House Number 377 in East Kariya Pather. It’s within the Acharya Vinoba Bhave Ward. The name we go by is Upshot Construction (Opc) Private Limited. It’s a one-person company setup mostly, though we have people we work with to get the actual building done. Kariya Pather is a regular neighborhood, and we like it that way. It’s where we live and work. We don't have a big fancy office building with a lobby. It’s more of a home-base operation where we plan out the construction jobs. We mostly take on local projects nearby. There’s always a house being fixed up or something new going up in the ward. We try to keep our work tidy and finish on time, though weather can sometimes mess with the schedule. People in the neighborhood know us. We don’t use any of those big marketing terms. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take a month, we say a month. We’ve been around this area for quite some time now. It’s a bit dusty sometimes with all the work going on, but that’s part of the trade. We just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and putting in the hours. That’s how we operate here at house 377. We're just regular folks building things.
