Formation Infraventures Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Daga Building over in Civil Lines. It’s a sturdy old building, and we’ve been here for a good bit of time. Civil Lines is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We spend most of our time looking at plans and trying to figure out how to get things built right. Construction isn't always smooth. There are delays and parts that don't arrive on time, but that’s just part of the day. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know how the industry works. We handle a lot of the backend stuff for infrastructure projects. It’s mostly sitting at desks, making phone calls, and checking on site progress. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites, which can be dusty and loud. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. The Daga Building has its own character, and we fit in okay. Working in Civil Lines means we’re close to a lot of other offices, so we see the same faces every day at lunch. We just focus on getting the job done without making too much of a fuss about it. There’s a lot of talk in this business, but we prefer to just stay quiet and work. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our office stays pretty much the same. We like the consistency of it.
