TL Construction Private Limited is located at Flat No 3003 in Shanti Residency. We are right on Dhamtari Road in the Lalpur area of Raipur. Being on the 30th floor means we have a pretty good view of the city, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. Shanti Residency is a big complex and it’s a well-known spot in Lalpur. The traffic on Dhamtari Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but that’s just life in Raipur. Our office is basically an apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a living area that’s now full of filing cabinets and desks. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which I think makes it a bit more comfortable for everyone. We don't have any glossy brochures or sales pitches. We just work on our projects from here. Lalpur is a decent neighborhood, and being in a residency means it's relatively safe and quiet compared to the main road. We spend our days going through blueprints and making calls. It’s a straightforward setup for TL Construction. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office decor; we just need a place to coordinate our construction jobs. If you find yourself in Shanti Residency, that's where we'll be, just doing our daily work. It’s a long way up but we’re used to the elevator ride now.
