We are right across from Vivekananda College, which means there’s always a lot of students and traffic moving past our door at Plot No.1. Being near Raipur Gate makes it a pretty central spot, so we stay fairly busy throughout the day. The shop is filled with shelves from floor to ceiling. Sometimes it feels like we have too many parts and not enough room, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. It’s a bit of a walk-in place where people come when they need a specific bolt or a light bulb for their scooter. We don’t really do the fancy marketing stuff you see in the big cities. We just keep the door open and wait for someone to come in with a broken part in their hand. The noise from the college can be a lot sometimes, but it keeps the energy up. We’ve been in Raipur for years and have seen the city grow up around this gate. It’s a simple shop with a counter and a few stools. We spend a lot of time looking through catalogs or checking the stock in the back room. If we don’t have it, we usually know who does. It’s just a normal local business trying to keep things moving. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just sell parts and talk to the people who come in. Most days we are just happy to be here. We usually keep some cold water for customers.
