Our office for SHRI AAYANA RUDRA REKHA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is in Binaka Mall. We are on the 5th floor, Office No 501. The mall is located on Chitrakot Road in the Dalpatsagar Ward. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. We are in the business of developing properties. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting people. Binaka Mall is a busy place, so there’s always noise and people around. It makes the day go by fast. We don't have a big corporate setup with a fancy lobby. It’s just our office where we get things done. We like being in the Dalpatsagar Ward. It’s a good part of town. We don't go in for marketing talk or big promises. We just take on a project and try to finish it. Most of our clients are local people who know us or have heard about us from others. It’s a simple way of doing business. Sometimes the mall elevators are slow, which can be annoying, but that’s life. We just work through the daily stuff. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us working together. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local market pretty well. It’s a practical office for a practical business. That’s about it for us. We just focus on the development work that needs to be done.
