Shree Enterprises

The shop is right on Mai Road in Bhata Gaon. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always noise and people walking by. It’s not a quiet place but it feels alive. We have been here at Shree Enterprises for quite a while now. The building is nothing special to look at, just four walls and a roof where we do our work every day. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside when the buses pull out, so we have to clean the counters a lot. My brother and I usually handle everything ourselves. We don't have any fancy posters or a big sign, just the name on the door. People usually find us because they live nearby or they're waiting for their ride. It gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop. We have an old fan that makes a clicking sound, but it keeps us cool enough. Most days are the same, just keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. We don't really do much advertising because everyone in the neighborhood already knows who we are. It’s a simple life here in Bhata Gaon. We open up early and stay until the last few buses go through. There isn't much more to say about it. We just show up and do what needs to be done.
