RDA DEVELOPERS LLP is located right near the Agriculture College. We are staying at Ram Das Agrawal’s place in Village Jora. Raipur is a big place, but Jora has its own feel. Being near the college means there is always a lot of movement. You see students and teachers passing by all day. Our address is in the 492001 area. We aren't a giant company with a huge staff. It’s a more personal setup here. Ram Das Agrawal is involved in the day-to-day things. We do development work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and visiting sites. The office is just a place to keep our papers and have some tea. It’s not polished or corporate-looking. We have some old chairs and a big table. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes. That’s just how we like to work. It’s practical. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just wake up, check what needs to be done, and get to it. People in Raipur-Raipur know that the Jora area is growing, and we are glad to be a part of that. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much near the college, but it’s fine. We’ve been at this for a while now. Just local people doing development work in the village. It is not always easy but we stay busy with our projects.
