Randolph Infrastructure is based in Anupam Nagar, Raipur. We are located at house H-6. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood that has become more commercial over the years. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It makes the whole environment feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We deal with infrastructure projects, so there is always a lot of technical stuff to handle. We have tables covered in blueprints and maps of different parts of the city. Raipur is always under construction somewhere, and we are often part of those changes. Working out of Anupam Nagar means we are close to the main roads but tucked away enough to actually get some work done. We don't have a receptionist or a corporate hierarchy. It is just a small group of us working together to manage our projects. Most of our day is spent talking to engineers or checking on the progress of various sites. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s about building things that last and making sure the infrastructure of the city is improved. Sometimes we have tea together in the small kitchen area and talk about the challenges of the current project. It’s a simple, honest way to work. We don't try to be anything more than a local team doing our part in the construction industry day in and day out.
