You can find PINAKA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED over at Plot Number 28. We are right across from the Godrej company in the Raipur Industrial Area. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always a lot of noise and trucks moving around. We like it that way because it feels like work is actually happening. We’ve been set up here for some time, focusing on construction and building projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the files and meet with the crew. Most of our day is spent out on the plots or talking to suppliers about cement and steel prices. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re from some corporate headquarters in a skyscraper. We’re just local people working in the industrial zone. If you walk into the office, you’ll probably see dust on the boots and a lot of tea cups. That's just the reality of construction work. We know the Raipur area well since we're here every single day. We take the work as it comes and try to do a solid job on every wall we put up. It’s not always pretty, but it’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't need a lot of praise, just the satisfaction of seeing a building finished and knowing it was done properly by people who live right here.
