Onstructive India Private Limited is situated at 294, near the New Raipur Post Office in Garia. We are a construction-focused company that deals with the daily realities of building stuff. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of folders full of project details. Being near the post office is handy for sending out documents. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different teams and making sure everyone has the materials they need. New Raipur is growing fast, and we’ve been trying to keep up with all the activity. It isn’t always smooth sailing. Sometimes the trucks are late or the plans need to be changed at the last minute. We just deal with it. We don't use big corporate buzzwords because they don't really help get the walls up. We just talk to people plainly. Our staff is mostly local folks who know the area well. We’ve had some long days and some short ones, depending on what stage the projects are in. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets pretty dusty out there on the sites. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job right. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized in the middle of all the noise.
