You can find us at Nayra Developers Private Limited, located at 112, Krishna Complex on Jail Road. We are right opposite the Civil Court and near the petrol pump in Raipur-492001. It’s a very busy part of town, which is good for a developer. We spend our days looking at property and trying to turn ideas into actual buildings. Our office isn't very large. It’s just a functional space where we meet with people and handle the legal side of things. Being so close to the Civil Court is actually quite handy for us. Raipur is a city that is always moving, and we try to keep up with that pace. We aren't a big, slick firm with a lot of money to spend on advertising. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Nayra Developers Private Limited is a small group. We know the local market and the people who live here. We don't have any polished speeches about any sort of corporate vision. We just want to build things that work for people. Sometimes we hit snags with permits or construction delays, but that’s just how this business is. We try to be honest with people about what to expect. We’ve been on Jail Road for a while now and we like being part of the community. We are just regular folks who happen to be in the development business.
