Micro Solution

Micro Solution operates out of J 1 in Arvindo Enclave. It’s more of a quiet, residential feel here compared to the main markets. I set up the shop here because I live nearby and it just made sense. It’s a small office, mostly taken up by a couple of big workbenches and some storage racks. We don’t get a huge amount of foot traffic, but people in the enclave know where we are. We handle a lot of home computer issues—things like slow internet or laptops that won't turn on. Sometimes the neighbors bring over their kids' computers for us to look at. It’s a very low-key environment. There’s no fancy signage or bright lights. It’s just a place where work gets done. I spend a lot of my time with a screwdriver in my hand or looking at diagnostic screens. We don't have a team of sales people. It’s usually just me or a helper. We like the peace and quiet of Arvindo Enclave. It allows us to focus on the technical stuff without too many distractions. We aren't trying to grow into some huge company. We just want to be the local spot where people can get their tech fixed without any hassle. We’ve got plenty of spare parts tucked away in boxes, and we usually have a few projects going at once. It’s a steady pace of life, and we’re quite content with that. We keep the door open during regular hours for anyone who needs a hand.
