Sky Systems

We set up Sky Systems here in Narayan Ghar Shemartal quite a while ago. It’s a busy spot and sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much when we’re trying to focus on a tricky repair. Most days start with a cup of tea while we look at the pile of stuff that came in the day before. We deal with all sorts of things, from broken screens to software that just won't behave. It’s not always pretty in here. There are cables all over the place and sometimes we run out of desk space when three or four projects are going at once. People from around the neighborhood drop by, sometimes just to ask a quick question or because their internet stopped working again. We do our work, get things running, and try to keep it simple. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fan going full blast. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we opened. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait it out, chatting with whoever is around. It’s just us here, making sure the local tech stays functional. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a workbench, some tools, and enough spare parts to get most jobs done. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up and head home in the evening.
