KUBERAKSHI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located on the 3rd floor of the CGHB building in Shankar Nagar, specifically in Flat No 309. Kuberakshi Construction Private Limited has been based here in Raipur for some time now. Shankar Nagar is a pretty active part of town, so there is always something happening nearby. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. Since we are on the third floor, we get a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. We do a lot of coordination for construction projects from this flat. It’s mostly just us, some computers, and a lot of printed plans spread out over the desks. It can get a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work. The 492001 area is central, which helps when we need to run errands or meet someone in the city. We don't use any fancy management software or have a bunch of assistants. It’s a very hands-on operation where we handle almost everything ourselves. Some days the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise anyway. We’ve grown accustomed to the quirks of this building. It’s a solid place to work from, and it keeps us right where the action is in Raipur without being too noisy. It might not look like much, but it's where we get our best thinking done.
