Gnd Infravest Llp is the name on our door. We are located at 319/320, right near the water tank in Samta Colony. If you live in this part of Raipur, the water tank is a pretty well-known landmark, so it makes finding us a lot easier. Samta Colony is a nice area, usually a bit quieter than the main roads. Our office is where we sit down and look at our investment and infrastructure projects. It’s not a shiny corporate office. It’s more of a practical space where we can actually think and get stuff done. We have a few people working here, mostly focusing on the numbers and the planning side of things. Some days we are just stuck at our desks for hours. Other times we have to head out to see how things are going on the ground. Being near the water tank means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice in the heat. We don’t really go in for big marketing talk. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a simple setup. We’ve been in Samta Colony for a while now and it feels like home for the business. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on or a phone call to make. We just keep at it, day in and day out, from our little corner of the neighborhood.
