We operate out of the third floor of the Moti Mahal Palladium building, specifically unit A-1. It’s right here in Raipur. We’ve been in this space for a while and it suits what we do. The building is pretty well-known, so it’s not hard for people to track us down. Our daily routine involves a lot of planning and looking at different development projects. The name sounds a bit modern, but we are just regular folks working in the infrastructure sector. We deal with the usual headaches like logistics and managing teams. It’s not a perfect setup, sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but we make it work. Most of the people in the office have been around the industry for quite some time. We’ve seen Raipur change a lot over the years. We like being part of that growth, even in a small way. We don't really go for those big corporate presentations. Instead, we prefer to just sit down and talk about what needs to happen on a project. It’s more direct that way. There is always a lot of tea being drunk and plenty of discussion about the latest site updates. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s just us, working hard and trying to make sure the jobs we take on are finished. There’s always something new to figure out in this business and we enjoy the challenge of getting it right.
