Fams Infra Developers and Constructions is based in Raipur. Our office is in the Dolphin Empress Society, specifically Flat A/402 on Vidhan Sabha Marg in the Mowa area. Working out of a flat is nice because it’s quiet and we can actually get things done. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of developers and builders. We spend our time looking at blueprints and talking to the people on the construction sites. Mowa is growing very fast, so there is always a new project to look at. We handle the development side, which means a lot of meetings and even more paperwork. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our desks with our laptops and a lot of coffee cups. We don't believe in using marketing talk to get clients. We just show them what we are working on and let them decide. We try to be very straightforward about costs and timelines. Building something is complicated, so we try to keep the communication simple. We’ve been here in the 492014 zip code for a while now. We like the local vibe and the way the city is expanding. It’s just us doing our part in the building business every day. We keep things grounded and just get the job finished.
