Dev Buildcorp is based right in the heart of Shailendra Nagar in Raipur. Our office is at Gp-10, which is pretty easy to find because we are directly opposite the Hanuman Temple. If you know where the Funfeasta Ground is, then you’re basically there. It’s a lively neighborhood, especially when there is something going on at the ground or during temple festivals. We get a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and look at maps and plans. We spend a lot of time driving around Raipur-492001 and other parts of Chattisgarh, looking at different plots and checking on the masonry work. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Some days we are out in the sun for hours, and other days we are just stuck inside doing the billing and talking to vendors. We aren't the type to use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Being near the temple means there is always a bit of a crowd around, which makes the area feel busy and alive. We like being part of the Shailendra Nagar community. It feels like home to us, and we plan on staying at this Gp-10 spot for a long time to come. It's just a regular local business.
