Dakshin-Kosal Construction And Supplies Private Limited

Our office is B-202, in Ward Number 23 at Raipur Naka. The name of the business is Dakshin-Kosal Construction and Supplies. We do two things mainly. We build structures and we supply the materials for other people to build them. It makes sense for us to do both. The office isn't anything special. It’s just a place where we keep our logs and answer the phone. Raipur Naka is always moving, so we get a lot of people stopping by to ask about bricks or cement. We don't use any slick marketing phrases. We just tell them the price and when we can deliver. Sometimes the supply chain is slow and we have to explain that to our customers. We try to be as helpful as we can without making big promises. We have a small yard where we keep some of the supplies. Most of the day we are busy coordinating between the site and the suppliers. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We’ve been in this ward for quite some time now. People know us as the local guys who get the job done. We don't have a corporate hierarchy. We all just pitch in and do what needs doing. It’s an honest way to make a living and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just keep our focus on the daily tasks.
