You can find us at House No. 01 on the Sharda Convent School Road. We are right near the Vivekanand Hospital in the Dharampura-1 area of Jagdalpur. Chanan Engineering Buildwin Services Private Limited is what we call the business, but to most people around here, we’re just the folks working in that corner house. Bastar can be a tough place to get things done sometimes, but we’ve been here for a while and know how to navigate it. Our office is pretty lived-in. There are technical drawings all over the walls and stacks of files on every flat surface. It’s not a corporate showroom, that’s for sure. We spend a lot of time out on sites, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, it’s usually for planning out the engineering side of the jobs or sorting out the billing. We’ve got a small crew and we all pitch in where needed. The road outside gets busy when school lets out, but otherwise, it’s a decent spot. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people knowing where we are and what we do. It’s just about getting the engineering and building services done without any unnecessary drama. We’ve been part of the Chattisgarh community for years and plan to stay right where we are, even if the building gets a bit older each year.
