BOOKMYBUILDER PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of the first floor at Azad Chowk, Semhara Bada. We are in the Brahmanpara area, right on GE Road in Raipur. If you know Raipur, you know GE Road is always packed with traffic and the noise is constant. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below, but the sound of horns still makes it into the office all day long. The place belongs to Sushma Tiwari, and it is a pretty straightforward setup. The name makes us sound like a fancy internet company, but really, we are just here in a brick-and-forth office dealing with the reality of the building trade. We spend our time trying to organize builders and make sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It is a lot of coordination and, honestly, a lot of frustration when things don't go according to the plan. Raipur is a fast-growing city, so there is always someone looking for a builder or someone trying to finish a project. We sit here with our computers and our ledgers, trying to keep track of it all. It is not glamorous work. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows open despite the dust from GE Road. It is just a regular Raipur business trying to keep the builders moving and the projects on track.
