B.K.BUILD TECH LLP

Our office is at House No 3, which is right near the Sahakari Bank in Choubey Colony. Being in Raipur, it’s almost always busy around here. The bank is a good landmark because everyone in the neighborhood knows it. We are set up as an LLP, so it is a partnership between a few of us who have known each other for a long time. The office is basically a converted house. It feels more like a home than a workplace most days. We have some heavy wooden desks and a lot of paper stacked up everywhere. Choubey Colony is a nice area to be in because it is quite central to the city. We see a lot of people going in and out of the bank throughout the day. The traffic can be a bit much in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We usually start our day early to try and beat the heat. Raipur gets really warm in the summer, so we have a few fans going all the time to stay cool. We work on building projects and some technical construction stuff. It is mostly local work within the city limits. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee. It is nothing special, just a place to sit and plan out the construction schedules for the month. We have lived and worked in Chhattisgarh for a long time and know the local suppliers well. We just try to get things done right and keep moving.
