Our office is located at Khasra No. 16/14, Plot No. 38, which is on the 1st floor near Sai Anandam in Ameri. Bilasabhumi Builders (Opc) Private Limited is essentially a one-person operation at its heart, but we have a few hands to help out when things get busy. Ameri is a growing place, and we have been lucky to be part of that. We spend most of our time looking at plots of land and trying to figure out the best way to build on them. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the soil isn’t right or the permits take forever. We don’t have a big fancy office with a lobby. It’s just a room where we keep our tools and our records. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned a lot along the way. Most of our clients are just regular people looking to build something for their families. We don’t do big marketing campaigns. We just rely on people talking about the work we’ve done. Bilasabhumi Builders (Opc) Private Limited is a simple company. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just do the building work as best as we can. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate. But we show up every day at Plot No. 38 and get to it. It’s just how we work.
