Bharmal Tools & Machinery is located in Mangala Para, right on MG Road in that little lane called Dr Virdi Gali. If you know the area, it is one of those narrow streets that is packed with history and small traditional shops. We have been selling various tools and different types of machinery here for many years. The shop is filled from the floor all the way to the ceiling with all sorts of metal parts, heavy wrenches, and power equipment. It is the kind of place where you might have to squeeze past a wooden crate or a stack of pipes just to get to the main counter. We do not have a team of salesmen in suits; it is just us in our regular work clothes ready to help someone find a specific bolt or a specialized power tool for their project. The street outside is always full of people, handcarts, and scooters, which really adds to the busy character of the place. We do not do much in terms of marketing or advertising because most of our customers have been coming to us for decades. They know we usually have the stuff they need for their home workshops or local construction jobs. It is a bit dusty inside, and the lighting is not the best, but we know exactly where every single item is kept in the back. Working here has its challenges, but we like it.
