BGR Developers is based in Devendra Nagar, Raipur. We work out of a building called Vasudeo, which is located in Sector 5, specifically at B 5. It’s a fairly central part of town, so we are close to a lot of the action happening in the city. Our days are filled with the usual stuff that comes with being developers. There is always a lot of coordination needed between the sites and the office. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just construction and development work. The office at Vasudeo is where the planning happens. It’s a simple space, nothing too flashy or modern. We have our desks, our chairs, and a lot of paper. Raipur can be a noisy place, and Devendra Nagar has its share of traffic and sounds, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend time talking to contractors and making sure things are on track. It is more about the practical side of things rather than sitting in meetings all day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some task, but mostly we try to stick to a regular schedule. It is a local business run by local people who know the area well. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done every day until the job is finished. It is how we have always operated.
