Bastar Real Estate Developers Privatelimited is what we call ourselves. Our office is located at 19/132, Pandit Dindyal Upadhyay Vard 19. It’s on Purana Bhatti Road in Jagadalapur. If you are familiar with Jagadalapur, you know the Purana Bhatti Road area is quite active. We’ve been here for a bit now, focusing on local real estate. The office itself is just a regular building, nothing too fancy at all. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about land and property. It involves a lot of walking around and looking at different plots. Pandit Dindyal Upadhyay Vard 19 is where we do all the administrative work, sorting through titles and local permits. It’s a lot of paper and maps everywhere. We aren't some big city firm with thousands of employees. We’re just a few people who know the Bastar region and want to work here. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when people drop in to chat, but we don't mind. We prefer it that way over a cold, formal office. Jagadalapur has its own pace of life, and we try to match that. We don't make big promises, we just show people what’s available and help them through the process. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being on Purana Bhatti Road because it feels like we’re right in the middle of things.
