Barbarik Land Traders And Developers Llp is located in Raipur, right in Sector 1 of Kavita Nagar. We have our setup in Wing III of Capital Palace, Flat number 12. It’s a decent enough spot for handling land deals and development work. Raipur is growing fast, and there is always something happening in the real estate world here. We spend a lot of time driving around looking at different plots and checking out new areas. The office in Capital Palace is where we do the sit-down work, mostly looking over documents or meeting people who are interested in land. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a flat where we keep our maps and records. Sometimes the traffic in Kavita Nagar is a bit much, but that is just Raipur for you these days. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day business of land trading. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and looking over a survey map. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone. Dealing with land is complicated enough without adding a bunch of fancy talk to it. We just focus on what’s in front of us. The summers here are tough, so the fan is always running in the office while we go through the piles of paperwork required for every trade. It keeps us busy most days.
