AWADH CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED

We run Awadh Construction & Developer Private Limited from our location on IIM Road, specifically at BKT 42 in Raipur. It is a bit out of the main city center, which actually works out well for us because we have a bit more space to breathe and organize our equipment. We focus on construction and developing land in this growing part of the region. Our office is a practical space where we keep all our maps and project folders. There isn't anything particularly fancy about it, just some chairs and a big table for looking at drawings. Working on IIM Road means we see a lot of the new development happening around here, and we are glad to be a part of that. We aren't the biggest company around, but we are consistent and we show up to work every day. Dealing with development can be tricky with all the different regulations and the changing weather, but we just handle each issue as it comes up. We don't go in for flashy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we do on other sites. It is a lot of physical labor and coordination, but we like the feeling of seeing a piece of land turn into something useful. We keep our operation simple and try to be as direct as possible with anyone who walks through our door at BKT 42. It is hard work, but we find it rewarding to see projects finish.
