AVISHI BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away in Shop No-02 of the Maruti Complex in Chhurikala. If you know the Katghora area in Korba, you know it is a place that sees a lot of action with all the industrial stuff going on nearby. Our shop is not very big, but it is where all the planning for our construction projects happens. The Maruti Complex is a bit of a hub, so there is always noise from the road and people moving about outside. Being in Chhattisgarh, the heat can be really something else, so we have a couple of fans that never seem to stop spinning. We deal with building work, which means our boots are usually covered in mud or dust when we come back to the office. It is not a clean job, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of time looking over spreadsheets and talking to the guys at the sites to make sure they have enough cement or steel. Sometimes the supplies get delayed because of the traffic on the main road, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of people in suits. It is just a few of us in a small shop trying to make sure the projects get finished. It is a bit cramped in here with all the files, but it works for us. That is basically who we are and what we do.
